With so many Fleshlight products available it can be tricky to know which of our TheraFun adapters you need. Use this post as a complete guide to purchasing a TheraFun Fleshlight massage adapter. To begin, we always recommend measuring the length and your… Fleshlight and the width of its bottom threads before ordering. :P
The Fleshlight lineup, which do you have?
The Fleshlight product:
Fleshlight (standard): All standard versions are 9.75” in length and have an approximate bottom thread radius of 2 2/16” (55mm). This includes the Classics, Boost, Girls, Turbo, Stamina Training, and ICE series. Click here to view all Fleshlight Theragun adapters, or here for generic massagers. If you have a compact generic massager (that accepts smaller 12-13mm wide massage attachments) you will also need the TheraFun Step-Up adapter.
Fleshlight GO or Flight Pilot: These are a compressed version of the standard Fleshlights. They are shorter in length, at 8.5” (or 8” for the Pilot), are lighter weight, and have an approximate thread diameter of 50mm. If you have a Therabody massager you will need the TheraFun GO 2.0 for Theragun, or if you have a generic massager with a 19mm massage attachment opening, you will need the TheraFun GO 1.0 for Generic Massagers. The dimensions of the Standard and GO series are very similar, so measure!
Quickshot: First, you will need the FL Quick shot adapter, sold by Fleshlight. Which then connects to our TheraFun Fleshlight Adapter (for Theraguns here, or generic massagers here). Keep in mind, this setup will use our Standard Fleshlight Adapter (9.75” in length), and NOT the GO version.
The Massage Device:
The next piece to consider is what massage device you’ll be using. If you don’t yet have one, we’ve provided links below to massagers that are known to fit our adapters.
Each massage device may provide a slightly different experience. Weight, stroke length, handle ergonomics, and stall force all will come into play.

You like it rough?
If you want intense vibrations we recommend pairing a powerful and heavier massage device with the lightest possible Fleshlight product. Generally speaking, the heavier the Fleshlight is, the more difficult it will be to send those vibes into the toy! Especially for these more powerful massagers, we recommend laying the device and Fleshlight on a flat surface during use. Just let it do it’s thing hands-free. Take a look at our Usage Guide as well.
The Theragun Mini 2.0 packs a serious punch, and is on the lighter side. It is as quiet as they come, which is great for added privacy and partner play, comes in many different colors, and will actually serve a purpose for a proper back massage when not in use to get off. The Theragun Pro is the strongest massager we have come across, has great ergonomics, rotating head, bluetooth controllable massage programs ;) and has substantial weight behind it to transfer those vibrations, however it can be a little pricey for most.
Ironically, the compact and most affordable massagers we recommend below are not that effective at massaging, but they are incredible for getting off with our adapters! So if you own a Theragun already, you still might want to pick up a tiny $25 massager to see what you like.
If you only want to add a medium amount of vibrations to your sessions, you might try using a standard sized generic massage device from Renpho. The stroke length will not be as long as a Theragun, but it still packs a good punch.
Slow and steady
If you like things on the gentler side, or are on a budget, pairing a compact massage device, such as the Exebron, which weighs only 350g/0.79 lbs, with any of our adaptors can offer a very blissful experience. It’s appearance is quite unassuming at first, but these smaller compact devices have a shorter stroke and are not as intense, making it easier to hold on to.
Generally speaking, if you have a larger massage device, or a Theragun, we highly recommend laying the massager and Fleshlight on a soft surface (not held in hand) when powering it on and during use. Laying the combo flat with a compact massager is actually still recommended. The vibrations from these larger devices simply make holding the massager almost impossible, as it gets a lot of backlash from the heavy Fleshlight.
Pairing a “weaker” massage gun, like the Exebron, with our Fleshlight adapters can be an affordable entry into this new type of play, its easier on the wallet and to hold, and is great for those that don’t want too intense of a vibration.
